The Rendezvous Hospitality Group (RHG) was created to manage the key hospitality assets for the Straits Trading Company. With its network of properties throughtout Asia Pacific, RHG wished to grow its brands. Tangible was tasked to develop a brand promise & identity to reflect the future intent of the Group.


Communications

A new Brand Promise & identity was developed for RHG to better reflect the future intent of the Group. A new visual & verbal system was also set up to allow the brand to be managed consistently throughout its various communications touch-points.

People
The new brand was used to align the senior management team in a plenary session. It served to inspire & infuse a sense of mission & unity among the senior team for the future

Products & Services

The new brand promise also served as a key driving force in the development & enhancement of products & services, using insights & understanding of customers to drive innovation & relevance.

Experience
The new brand promise was used to ideate a new corporate website as well as signage for the RHG corporate offices.
